This Privacy Policy applies to all games developed and published by Michael Asaraf under Tycoon Style Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including Business Empire: World Tycoon, PicPop, Trade Empire: Cargo Tycoon, and Asteroid Rush: Mine & Collect when released, as well as our future games. It explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use these games (each a “Game”).

Features and third-party services vary by Game, platform, and version. The sections below apply where the relevant feature or service is used. A service described here is not necessarily included in every Game. Game-specific notices, permission prompts, and store privacy disclosures provide additional details about the Game you use.

1. Information We Collect

Some Games, including Trade Empire: Cargo Tycoon, can be played without creating an account.

For Games that do not require an account, we do not require the following information for account registration:

Where a Game uses Google Firebase Analytics, we use it to understand how players interact with the Game, improve gameplay, identify technical issues, evaluate features, and balance the Game.

Trade Empire: Cargo Tycoon does not request your device's precise GPS location for Google Maps gameplay.

8. Game Progress and Local Save Data

Trade Empire: Cargo Tycoon currently does not provide cloud save functionality. Save and transfer options in other Games depend on the features available in that Game.

Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting configured for the Game's Firebase/Google Analytics property.

For Trade Empire: Cargo Tycoon, the current Firebase Analytics retention setting is 2 months. Retention settings may vary by Game; contact us for information about the Game you use.

Some aggregated reporting information may be retained for longer periods in accordance with Google's policies.

Advertising providers retain advertising and device information according to their own retention policies.

Purchase information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Local Game progress remains on your device until the Game or its application data is deleted.

13. Security

We use established third-party platforms and SDKs to operate analytics, advertising, purchases, and map services.

Data transmitted between the Game and supported services is handled using the security mechanisms provided by those services and the operating system.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Children's Privacy

The intended audience and age rating are described in each Game's store listing. Trade Empire: Cargo Tycoon is not directed specifically at children under the age of 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, or other direct personal identifiers.

16. Deleting Your Data

Game progress stored locally can be deleted by clearing the Game's application data or uninstalling the Game.
